I had the opportunity to take one of their gun seminars. I thought it was good. The defense movements were simple and easy to retain. The seminar in itself was pretty intense. That has been my only experience with that art.

I don't have any experience with it but from what I've seen I have a lot of respect for it.

krav maga is good for defensive but moderate for offensive striking moves. weak against BJJ, sambo and other arts that is good in grappling.

Krav maga has basic grappling, enough to hold your own on the street unless you come up against a full-on grappler.

I don't know if I'd say it's moderate in offensive striking moves, the principle behind krav maga is aggressive attacking for defense, and to keep attacking until your opponent has been dropped.
